Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Motion Hive reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Sweden and to neighboring countries.
Delivery time is calculated based on the customer’s address and is displayed during checkout.

Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or external factors beyond our control.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14‑day return period from the date you receive your item.

Right of Withdrawal

• If the item is unused and in original condition, the customer may return it within 14 days.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not defective and the customer simply changes their mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, Motion Hive covers the return shipping cost and will replace or refund the item in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
